Mark Allan started with Eliot Sinclair in 1983. He specialises in the management of large land development projects. He has extensive experience in managing all processes from start to finish, including liaising with clients, obtaining local authority consents, subdivision design, engineering design, contract administration, and cadastral survey. He also has expertise in GPS and hydrographic surveying.
Mark became a partner at Eliot Sinclair in 1996. He is currently a Director, Chairman of the Board, and Managing Director.
Outside of work, Mark is involved in numerous organisations. He is currently the President of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors and a member of the NZIS Council and Board. Mark is a keen tramper, having succeeded in reaching Everest Base Camp and the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. He is also restoring a classic car and enjoys motorcycle riding.
