A planting plan is a construction document that shows the location, quantity and other characteristics of vegetation to be planted in the landscape. Eliot Sinclair prepares planting plans that are easy to read and understand.
From small scale residential sites through to larger scale utility & recreational reserves, structural green space for outline development plans, or environmental restoration projects, planting plans are essential to many land development projects at Eliot Sinclair. Jobs are managed internally allowing for the integration of landscape planting and design into the development, to inform the design instead of being a ‘patch up’ at the end of engineering drawings. We believe this integrated process of incorporating green design from the initial concept stages has positive flow on effects for the detailed design stages of a project.
We believe green space design, if implemented correctly, can create or restore environments from bland spaces into socially connected areas that people want to enjoy and socially interact in.
